We are launching a product called "OpenSpan Events" which gives you the ability to insert "tracking" events into any type of desktop application in the enterprise, not just web applications. We can call the Google API's but....<BR/><BR/>What I'd like to be able to do, is feed data into the Google Analytics database but need custom fields. For instance, I want to log how many times a user, from a win32 application, did a STOP payment or Issued a new credit card. Or how long it took them to process a support call on a text messaging problem or what their average transaction times were that might span a number of windows, web, java and even mainframe screens.<BR/><BR/>Are there plans to enable this or do you know a way to do this.
