We have a serious issue where we have lost access to 25 website analytics profiles from our account which was google@verb.co.nz (which we would be eternally grateful if someone could contact us on to help resolve the issue)
We cannot seem to get a hold of anyone at google that can help. It happened when transitioning or upgrading of the account happened at googles request...
We can now log in again with that address but there are no sites and it seems like it's a brand new account.
Please help

I know this isn't the main topic, but can this (not provided) stat end on Analytics - this is killing its usefulness in many of my sites and adding a lot of confusion for many clients. If it was just me I'd say nothing, but it seems frustration is across the board.
Am I misunderstanding it's usefulness?

Is there any chance of a repeat of these webinars at a later date? 7pm isn't always the best time if you are in a GMT zone.. We have to eat/sleep/put kids to bed *sometime*.. I suppose my 2 year old *might* find it useful as well, not sure she'll accept it for a bedtime story though..

I understand you are going to talk about eCommerce tracking. It would be useful if you could offer any help around how to avoid referrals being credited to sites such as 'verified by visa' and Secure Mastercard as this can cause problem as when a customer is directed away from the eCommerce site to validate there credit card and then returns to the eCommerce website-GA reads this as a new direct referrer overriding the original source (e.g. cpc/organic). Thanks in advance.

@Adam,
I would agree - the timing isn't that useful for UK users. Maybe if Google could publish the webinar later so that we can at least watch it when at work (my home broadband in rural Wales doesn't support any kind of streaming so it has to be work time for me).
